CNC Field Service Technician
The Field Service Engineer is a member of the Customer Support Department and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Clancy Machine Tool machinery at customer locations. We are seeking customer-focused professionals with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, train, and provide technical knowledge and troubleshooting on our product line at customer facilities.

Provide a communication link between customers and CMT.

Create and develop procedural documentation.

Use and understand the Customer Support computer system.

Support the Machine Builders.
Required Skills:
-
Must have strong electro-mechanical skills (motors, drives, transformers).

Knowledge of a specialized field such as machine tool manufacturing, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and/or a broad shop background.

Technical knowledge and logical troubleshooting across our product line.

Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Rational decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Availability for travel depending on customer needs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field or role.
